Team Meeting

Focus on the how

How we work together is the foundation for every outcome.

Delivering breakthrough results over the long-term requires a focus on how things get done, not just what gets done.

Healthy teams, transformational outcomes

Team health solves your business's pressing issues

Burnout, poor retention, low productivity, and low or slow development are all symptoms of low team health. By teaching managers and their teams how to show up well with each other, and providing your teams with the purpose, resources, and coaching they need, you'll solve for individual issues.

Let's work together

We're culture architects who help individuals, teams, and organizations to center development and health as drivers of effectiveness, not byproducts.

Coaching individuals

You know what needs to get done, but you're unsatisfied with how things are getting done. We'll partner to clarify your how so that you find more fulfillment, balance, and success.

Supporting teams

You're a collection of high-performing individuals, not a high-performing collective. We'll help you to assess, prioritize, and improve your team's health and effectiveness.

Refining your culture

Your organization's culture sets the foundation for your organization's outcomes. Unfortunately, most organizations are built for performance and not for culture. We'll help you design an organization built for culture and performance, setting you up for success today and tomorrow.

About

My name is Rayshawn Whitford

I've spent my career working on difficult problems that have a social impact. I can’t think of a more universal problem than unresolved conflict in the workplace. It has a massive impact on our collective satisfaction and individual self-worth. I bring experience as both an operator and a strategist.

Most recently, I oversaw Twitter's work around healthy teams focusing on psychological safety, high performance, and giving and receiving feedback.

Before that I led teams at The Bridgespan Group, a nonprofit advisory firm that spun out of Bain & Company in the early 2000s, where I worked with nonprofit leadership teams and philanthropists.
